SPEC.03 · JOB LOG
Every chair stamps a job ticket: service number, catalog ref, technician, duration. Below: a recent sample. Each photograph is a real client outcome.
SPEC.04 · SERVICE STANDARDS
We're a newer studio without a long review trail yet. Instead of borrowed quotes, here's the spec we hold ourselves to — printed, posted at the front desk, and enforced on every chair. Six standards. Each is measurable.
Hospital-grade autoclave cycle on every metal tool between clients.
Emery files, orange-wood sticks, buffers, drill bits — opened in front of you, retired after.
Tray, lamp, armrest and chair wiped with EPA-listed N-disinfectant before next seat.
Booked appointments start within 10 minutes of slot. If we miss, the next visit is on us.
Gel polish is guaranteed for two weeks. Chip or lift in that window — we repair, no charge.
If a service isn't right for you, we'll recommend a peer salon in Anchorage that does it better.
